Kushi

The storyline deals with how two babies, born in two different places far apart, growing up and falling in love. They happen to meet when they were young and are quite unaware of the future in store for them. But as adults they finally meet in the college at Madras. These roles are played by Vijay and Jyothika. Though they love each other, their ego prevents them from expressing their love and finally splits them also. But the need to unite another love pair, whose union is opposed by their parents, forces them to work together. How Vijay and Jyothika shed their ego and differences and join together is the rest of the movie.
