Action thriller starring Russell Crowe and Liam Neeson. Family man John Brennan finds his perfect life turned upside down when his wife Lara is convicted of murdering her boss. Despite the overwhelming evidence against her; fingerprints at the scene and a long-running feud for motive, John is convinced of her innocence. For three years he waits in hope that some new piece of evidence will prove Lara did not commit the murder, all the while taking care of the couple's young son. When nothing turns up and with Lara becoming increasingly depressed, John makes a daring decision: He will break her out of prison. He enlists the help of a former escape artist and meticulously starts to put his plan into motion, but suddenly catches word that she is going to be moved to a new prison. Running out of time and having to rethink his strategy, can John really make it happen?
