Chaahat

Roop Rathod comes to the city for his father’s treatment for throat cancer. After admitting his father into a hospital, Roop goes looking for his friend from the village, who works in a five star hotel. Upon arriving there, he finds hotel owner Ajay Narang’s sister Reshma’s birthday bash in progress. Roop gets a chance to sing and entertain them that night. Ajay and Reshma take a great liking to him and offer him a job as a singer in their hotel. On his way back, Roop encounters a beautiful girl who saves him from getting knocked down by a speeding car and instantly falls for her. Reshma is fanatically in love with Roop and she uses her brother’s clout to coerce him into loving her. Roop is forced to sell his heart, his voice and his love to Ajay Narang because he needs money to save his father’s life.
