Laurel & Clay decide to get married at Graceland in June, but with an album due, wedding preparations galore, and arriving family, it's not going to be easy... Fresh from her tour-Laurel is a new star on the rise. But for Laurel, familycomes first and when Laurel and Clay decide to tie the knot, there's only one place to do it- Graceland Chapel of course-and a surprise opening at the Chapel in June means they've got to move fast. Fortunately she's got backup-in the form of backup singer and bridesmaid AMBER-who's got a wedding planner's eye and won't take no for an answer. But with a wedding to plan, relatives arriving, and her debut album to record. and with Laurel & Clay having increasingly different ideas of what their wedding should be (she wants big he wants more intimate). Laurel & Clay both start to worry they may be in over their heads. Meanwhile, as the Guest House fills up, family friction bubbles up too as Laurel's everpractical Dad butts heads with Clay's bigger-than-life parents. And with Sally overwhelmed designing everything from their invitations to Laurel & Clay's new album cover, and the guest list snowballing... and Clay's cousin & groomsman JAKE stuck in New York cause of work, the happy couple starts to wonder if they've bitten off too much and rushed into the wedding, as old conflicts start to resurface. Maybe their different views mean they should wait. But when Laurel and Clay finally air their differences over a piano away from the craziness, Elvis's "Can't Help Falling in Love" sets the mood as discord turns to harmony-and they realize they are best together-as it allculminates in a perfect wedding at the Graceland Chapel, complete with musical guest stars performing at the Graceland reception after. And as Laurel gives backup singer Amber a shot at a solo, Amber drops the mic. but catches the bouquet. And with music throughout the story, Laurel and Clay perform at their wedding reception (combining two love songs this time, for a mashup). Featuring familiar faces from movie one (Franklin, Emma, Sally), a riverboat ride on the Mississippi, and showcasing the Graceland Chapel, the Graceland stables, and other parts of the estate unseen in the first film, as Memphis turns out for a Southern summertime wedding.
