Courtney, is a concierge at a world-class concierge service where she has been assigned to go on a trip to Banff and tend to the every whim of yet another spoiled client. Little does she know, the concierge who was planning this trip for their client Alan, left the company and did not include in the file that the trip was a gift. When Courtney meets Joe, she is left to assume that he is the wealthy client. In fact, Joe is an IT guy who was gifted this trip of a lifetime byhis wealthy friend who was suddenly unable to go himself. Recently dumped by a girlfriend who chose to be with a wealthier guy, Joe is feeling wounded and insecure. When he realizes that Courtney thinks he is wealthy, he goes along with thecharade but as he begins to fall for her, this presents a problem. He wonders if she will ever accept him as an "average Joe". Courtney notices that Joe is much more down to earth than the typical client. She finds it refreshing considering that she is getting tired of the entitled jet setter crowd and beginning to explore her options in life. As the charade comes to an end, Joe must learn that the problem is not whether other people accept him, but whether or not heaccepts himself. Courtney, on the other hand, will have to learn that living the good life isn't just about where you go, but more about who you are with.
