Jhumur

This is the story of Jhumur, the daughter of a widowed maid servant, whose world changes when she finds herself living in the house of the man responsible for her father's death. Wrecked with guilt, Apratim and Debi Sanyal, the master and mistress of the house, accept Jhumur as their own daughter and give her all the luxuries imaginable. But can their real daughter Nayanika accept Jhumur as an equal? Can she get over the jealousy she burns with, or will she always see Jhumur as nothing but the 'servant's daughter'?
