Joy, an orphan boy gets shelter at the home of Mr. Choudhury, his father's friend. Surupa, Mr. Choudhury's daughter is an arrogant girl and hates Joy from the first day but Joy seems to be in awe of her. Surupa gets married and leaves for Uganda. Years later she comes back with her husband. Joy is now a young and accomplished man. A strange relationship develops between Joy and Surupa which is considered illicit by their family and friends. What is the truth behind their relationship? Will Joy be able to explain it to everybody?
