Atul loves Gyanada and promises to take her responsibility, but Gyanada's aunt sends him to meet her brother-in-law's daughter, Madhuri. Atul refuses to accept Gyanada, disheartening Gyanada's mother. Later Atul realises his mistake and marries Gyanada.
