Sona and Ratan are childhood friends who are separated when Sona is kidnapped. Sona grows up to be a prostitute Benarasi. Ratan notices her one day, marries her and settles in Anuppur. Sona turns out to be an ideal and helpful woman whom everyone appreciates. But suddenly Prashant who knows Sona’s past comes and reveals it to everyone. Majority of the people start criticizing her. Sona and Ratan leave Anuppur for a new destination.
