Prem Singh is a rich businessman who wants to be known as Mahashay. He is a bachelor, but has an adopted son, Indrajit Singh who is basically Bengali. Indrajit is very short temperd and also childish. He is in love with his father's secretory, Monica. Prem Singh decides to handover his office responsibility to a senior staff. Instead of his childish son. When Indrajit comes to know about it, he writes a letter full of slangs to his father. His father then changes his mind and decides for his son to take over the responsibility. Indrajit comes to knew this. He forcefully sends his father to Darjeeling. Indrajit becomes nervous and manages to send Monika Darjeeling .Monika tries to get the letter and acts as she is in love with him. A girl named Lily also reaches for Michel , and joins the game. Monika gets the letter when she comes to know what is going on, she calls Indrajit and their friend Siraz. A police officer in disguise joins in the whole act and saves Prem. Indrajit and Siraz come and Indrajit comes to know that Monika flirts with Prem. Soon he starts to flirt with Lily. At the end Lily reveales herself as C.B.I. officer . Prem Singh arranges marriage for Indrajit and Monika.
