Shikha, the MD of a firm falls for her manager, Pradeep who is from a poor family. They get married and lead a happy life, but Shikha's maternal uncle, Vikas who was removed from the post of manager after Pradeep came takes revenge by instigating Shikha's mom and her against Pradeep. Pradeep takes their daughter Jaya and goes to his village, far away from Shikha. Shikha gives birth to another daughter Jayanti and up brings her. Destiny brings back Jaya and Pradeep to the city when she gets a job in Shikha's office. All misunderstandings are cleared and the family unite in the end.
