A young man Shiva (Nagarjuna Akkineni) joins college mid-semester and notices that the institute is terrorised by a local goon called JD (J.D. Chakravarthi) and his violent gang. The goons disrupt lectures, savagely assault students, and eve-tease girls. No one dates to utter a word against their tyranny since they're backed by an influential politician. Shiva is the first student to retaliate, but the fight takes an ugly turn when the politician gets involved and decides to strike Shiva until he gives up. Will Shiva alone be able to destroy the collective might of power and violence?
