Satya (Mehmood) is a simple man with a humble background who earns a living by delivering tiffins. One day, a little girl called Naintara (Bobby) visits his hut. Satya befriends her and forms a fatherly bond with Naintara whose own rich and snobbish parents do not have time for her. When Naintara's disapproving parents come to know of it, they want to nip this budding friendship. As a result of this heartless separation, Naintara falls seriously ill and insists on meeting Satya. Will her parents let go of their ego and allow her meet her only friend?
