A boy with supernatural power is part of a group of similar people. These people are being hunted down and murdered by aliens. This group of people can only be killed in sequence to the number that they are given. The boy is Number Four, and all three before him have been killed. He fights through a lot of physical and emotional pain to get things back to normal and save the ones he loves.
