Being the sons of a miserly wealthy industrialist father named Dhaniram (Kader Khan), Ajay (Shashi Kiran) and Vijay (Raj Kiran) want easy access to family riches but can't have it. Dhaniram's adopted son, Ravi (Govinda) though loves him truly and is the one who treats him like a father. Frustrated with their father's miserly attitude, his sons plan to entrap him. Meanwhile, Dhaniram sends a corrupt income tax officer named Gogi (Shakti Kapoor) to jail. Gogi's family boils with anger and decides to kill Dhaniram. Surrounded by greedy and vengeful people, will Dhaniram be able to save himself and his wealth? Is it Ravi who will save him? Will Ajay and Vijay mend their ways?
