Jaisinghnagar is a town and a nagar panchayat in Shahdol district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. Locals also call it Jaisinagar. It has a fort made by King Jaisingh. Now the fort is in private hands of Baghelas who lives there. Jaisinghnagar is located at 2338N 7834E / 23.63N 78.57E / 23.63; 78.57. It has an average elevation of 593metres .
